è uno specialista in tipografia
e in information design. Dal 1960 inizia la sua carriera
di designer ed
insegnante nei corsi di design a Norwich, St Martins, Middlesex,
Philadelphia, a Londra nel "college of printing",
Leicester e Ravensbourne. Attualmente insegna all'Hochschule
für künste a Brema e alla Notre Dame University
di Beirut.
Peter Rea is a consultant for sv and has spent his life equally
between designing and teaching; a specialist
in typography and information design. He has run a private
design practice since the 1960's while teaching on design courses
at Norwich, St Martins, Middlesex, Philadelphia, London college
of printing, Leicester and Ravensbourne. He is currently guest
professor at the hochschule für künste,
Bremen and visiting professor at Notre Dame University Beirut,
Lebanon.
